Join Alumni Admission Program
This team of over 700 alumni and parent volunteers connects thousands of prospective students to the world of IIT. AAP members are found at college fairs and hosting IIT's receptions for admitted students. AAP members are friendly and knowledgeable individuals who want to help prospective students learn more about Illinois Institute of Technology.
The AAP offers volunteer opportunities where you can share IIT facts and stories. And the time you invest is controlled by you!
Why join AAP?
You already love IIT and talk about it frequently.
You can certainly continue to do so informally, but there are so many more ways to give back.
By participating in the AAP, you can take your volunteer Responsibilities to a new level by:
- Sharing Admission Materials with high school students
- Calling students to congratulate them on their admission to IIT
- Representing the university at local college fairs
- Adopting a local high school
- Hosting or attending a Summer Send-Off Party
- Becoming part of the formal organization which recruits the future alumni who will continue the traditions of Illinois Institute of Technology.
