What is Arnold Air Society?

Arnold Air Society can be described as an honorary, professional, service organization.

How do I become a part of AAS?

All AAS members went through a candidate program in which they were taught the values and roles of AAS members and also what is expected from each of them. To become a part of AAS, you must join the candidate program, take a national test, and then have a formal review. If all three things work out in your favor, you will become an official AAS member.

What do AAS members do?

AAS members complete projects throughout the semester in order to give service to the community. AAS members also have the opportunity to spend time with other Air Force cadets outside the ROTC environment, and to gain extra leadership experiences.

Who do I contact?

If you are interested in joining, please contact one of the Training Officers, listed in the left sidebar. You can find their contact info on the cadet database.

Still Undecided?

Come to one of the select squadron projects or meetings and see whether or not what AAS does is what you want to do. If you want to give back to the community, AAS is definately something you need to look in to.
