Exercise 1

Part 1. Create the framework for your working environment by setting up a project based directory structure like the one discussed in class. Think about the differnt types of assests or resources you might encounter in a design project. Creating logical locations for items grouped by milestone, type, or user group

Part 2. Setup your autoCAD work environment. To begin with, activate only the toolbars; draw, modify, object properties, standard toolbar, properties, etc. Save the profile to your directory structure where appropriate.

Part 3. Create a new drawing file (AutoCAD) and a new model file (3dStudio MAX) placing them in the appropriate directory structure.

Uploading to the class FTP site will be explained and implemented as the delivery method for all assignments, once CNS has established this space for us.
