Opportunities Knocks provides students with “news breaking” and time-dated announcements they can take immediate advantage of. Since information comes regularly to the office, students are encouraged to visit the Opportunities Knocks page often to insure they don’t miss out on some great opportunities. 1. Merit-based scholarships in engineering and/or science. 2. Travel grants to major universities that provide students the opportunity to learn about: Graduate studies in specific engineering concentrations; Campus facilities and labs through guided tours; The admission process and funding opportunities; The experiences of current graduate students. 3. Each opportunity will be assigned a reference number. 2. Students will come to the MAP office, indicate the reference number, and staff will provide further information about the opportunity. 3. Staff will guide and assist students through the application process.
