If you put in this many hours per week . . . this is what you'll do
1 - 2 Help producers make the TV show Hard Cover; recruit youth producers
3 - 5 Learn Basic video production; help develop show ideas; produce short segments (intro, question of the week, etc)
6 - 9 Learn basic video production and editing; propose and develop show ideas; assist on Hard Cover shoots
10 + Learn basic and advanced video production and editing; propose and develop show ideas; lead Hard Cover shoots; oversee short segment production; assist on special projects
