  1. GENERAL EDUCATION PROGRAM - Please consult the General Education section of the current IIT Bulletin for complete requirements.

    1. Basic Writing Proficiency - Students must show basic writing proficiency by receiving a satisfactory score on the Writing Proficiency Examination or by passing an English Composition course.

    2.     4. CIVIL ENGINEERING ONLY - Choose one course from section B or section C or from the following: ART 115, 151, 152, 153, 154, 155; HIS 130, 131, 140, 141; HUM 208, 224; INS 159, 208; LIT 222, 225, 229; MUS 104, 105, 106, 107; or THE 100, 122, 124.
