You must submit this application to the Office of Educational Services (101MB) by June 6, 2008.

There is NO Commencement Ceremony for the summer. If you did not attend the May Commemcement Ceremony and would like to attend the 2009 May Commencement Ceremony please contace the Office of Special Events at 312-567-3285.

A $30.00 late fee will be assessed for applications received after June 6, 2008.
All fees will be billed to your IIT tuition account.

NOTE: If you do not complete graduation requirements for the semester indicated, you must reapply.

By submitting this application I hereby state that I have read the foregoing and that the information supplied here is true. I understand that if I do not meet the requirements for graduation at this time, my application for the above graduation date will be withdrawn and my name deleted from the commencement program.
