The Entrepreneurship Program at IIT strives to foster an entrepreneurial mindset among the students, faculty, alumni, and business and civic organizations that comprise the IIT community. Our Entrepreneur in Residence program brings real world entrepreneurs with hands-on business experience together with students, faculty, and the greater community to promote the entrepreneurial spirit and practical learning. Each Entrepreneur in Residence is appointed for one academic year and serves as a mentor through their active participation in the following activities:
- Delivering guest lectures and participating in classroom activities on campus
- Working on program development with IIT faculty and staff
- Participating in executive seminars and conferences
- Offering advice and guidance as to how the program can grow and improve
We thank our Entrepreneurs in Residence for sharing their enthusiasm and firsthand knowledge of the entrepreneurial process with our students and our program!
