We are now accepting applications from incoming Freshman! If you are interested
in finding out what IIT has to offer, how to get involved on campus, how
to be a great leader, and a way to make the most out of your time as a

message from the Director
Welcome to IIT! My name is Steffany Evanoff and I am Director of the Hawkeyes Freshman Leadership Program.
Hawkeyes was created to resolve a growing problem that we saw in many organizations amongst those in the younger
classes: some possessed a genuine desire to get involved but lacked the resources and coaching to be successful.
Therefore, we utilized the resources on hand, current upperclass experienced and dedicated student leaders, to
develop and run a program to offer the freshman whats needed to thrive in the IIT student organization environment
and realize their full potentials as student leaders.
So I encourage you to explore the site and learn all that Hawkeyes has to offer. If you are interested, I encourage you to apply or
