The Chicago Alliance for Minority Participation (ChAMP) is a Partnership of Chicago Area Community Colleges, Universities and Institutions with the EHR Directorate of The National Science Foundation. It is managed by Dr. Marian Wilson-Comer from Chicago State University, the lead Institution, with its President, Dr. Avan Billimoria acting as PI. and is supported by the Presidents of the other institutions as a Governing Board and a StudentLeadership Council.

The purpose of the Alliance is to increase the participation of traditionally underrepresentated groups in science, engineering, and math (SEM) disciplines.
