Undergraduate Research Conference on FridayThe IIT community is invited to attend the second Undergraduate Research and Presentation Conference this Friday, April 18, from 2 to 6 p.m. in the HUB Ballroom. Both undergraduate and graduate students will present their research, special class projects, and IPROs in the form of posters or computer demonstrations from 2 to 4 p.m. Dr. Richard Chylla of S.C. Johnson Polymer and an IIT chemical engineering alumnus, will deliver the key noteaddress from 4 to 4:45 p.m. The conference will conclude with an awards ceremony with cash prizes in several categories. The aim of the conference is to promote the process of creativity and discovery found in the research or group project experience.
