About InSA

 

InSA is the student organization which represents the Indonesian community at IIT.  Currently all of our members are Indonesian, but we encourage anyone who are interested in our culture or about Indonesia in general to approach us, or even better, join the club!

We, at InSA seek to promote the culture of our country and to enrich the international community that is IIT. InSA also plays an important role in helping incoming Indonesian student so as to ease their transition into living and studying in the United States.
Throughout the school year, we would be involved in several activities in which we have the opportunity to showcase the Indonesian culture. We feel that these activities are a great way for everyone to learn a little bit more about the world around us.The two major activities are Taste of IIT in the spring semester and International Fest in the fall semester.

We hope that our work will enrich your short stay in IIT and also to make those who are far away from their family feel a little bit closer to home.
