Advising Hours, an advisor will always be available to talk to
students, faculty, or staff who walk into the office or call the front

Downtown
campus students and scholars can make an appointment to meet with an
advisor on the Main Campus or make an appointment to meet with an
advisor at the Downtown Campus. To make an appointment at the Downtown
campus, call 312-567-3680 by Wednesday at 4:30pm. YOU DO NOT NEED
APPOINTMENT FOR PICKING UP I-20 AND LETTERS. New office hours: Thursday
9:30AM - 11:30AM and 2:00PM - 4:00PM
