International Fest – September 29, 2006
Its time for the 31st Annual International Fest!! As you all know every year a large number of organizations representing different parts of the world participate in the fest to show off their culture and ethnic diversity.
Day: 11:30 am to 2:00 pm - HUB Auditorium
Taste the cultures! Sample ethnic cuisines from more than 20 countries!
Evening: 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm - HUB Auditorium
Experience an evening of International Fashion and Cultural Performance.

Some important dates for all the participating individuals/organizations/groups:
1. Wednesday, August 30th, 12:00 PM - International Fest Meeting
Room 403, Main Building (next to the International Center)
MANDATORY
Anyone who is interested in participating in the Fest MUST send at least one representative from your group/organization to this meeting. The rules of the fest will be discussed and the registration forms will be available.
2. Wednesday, Sept 6th- Registration forms due by 4:30pm
International Center, Main Building, Room 405
i) All the participating groups/organizations/individuals MUST turn in the forms by this date!
ii) Return ONLY CONTRACT AND REGISTRATION FORM(S) per group/organization
iii) Booth positions and equipment requests assigned in order of arrival-first come first serve
3. Wednesday, September 13th, Booth Allocation & Rehearsal Sign up
12pm – Room 403, Main Building
i) Booth assignments will be posted
ii) Sign up for the rehearsal times for performance. For those of you who are
participating in the evening performance of the International Fest MUST ATTEND all rehearsals listed below. Please come 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
4. Wednesday, September 20th – First Rehearsal
7:30 pm to 12:00 am - HUB Auditorium
5. Monday, September 25th – Second Rehearsal
7:30 pm to 12:00 am - HUB Auditorium
6. Wednesday, September 27th, – Dress Rehearsal
7:30 pm to 12:00 am - HUB Auditorium
IMPORTANT: This is the final rehearsal and this will be rehearsed in the order of performance. Please plan to be there for the entire rehearsal.
7. Thursday, September 28th – Booth Setup
3:00pm to 12:00 am - HUB
This is your opportunity to set up your booth the night before the FEST!!
