Travel Signature Traveling- Don't forget to get a Travel Signature! Please remember to request a travel signature on your I-20 or DS-2019 at least ONE WEEK before you are scheduled to depart the United States. To be valid, the latest signature on your I-20 or DS2019 should be no less than 6 months old upon your return date into the U.S. For emergencies, please contact 911 or IIT's Public Safety office. Please note that forgetting to pick up your travel-signed I-20 from the IC, or forgetting to request a travel signature before the break does not constitute an emergency.
