Proposal Submission

Guidelines for poster and symposium presentations are now available. Please reference these while planning your presentation.

The proposal submission deadline was December 20; we can no longer accept new proposals. Acceptance/rejection emails for existing proposals will be sent around January 15.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the IOOB Graduate Student Conference. The deadline for submission is December 20, 2008. We hope to send out acceptance/rejection e-mails by January 15, 2009.

Instructions:

The first author must fill out the online submission form (below).
The first author must e-mail the paper (without any names/identifiers for the purposes of blind review) to ioob-2009@iit.edu. A sample paper can be seen here. The online submission will be matched with the e-mailed papers based on the title and abstract.

Specifications:

Abstract should be 50 words or less.
Paper (excluding references, tables, and figures) should be 1000 words or less.
