If you happened to skip a meeting or two, here is what you missed:

Week  Meeting Minutes
File repository and minutes were discussed.  The layout of minutes was explained.  Project Plan was discussed, teams were told to get budgets into Management team.  Deliverables’ deadlines were discussed.  Peer Evaluations and sit-ins were discussed.  Chelsea will make a contact information sheet.  Chris was designated to be in charge of team minutes.  Management’s budget was discussed.  Each team member was given something to accomplish by next week.
Discussed and edited the format of peer evaluations.  Finalized the management’s team budget.  Edited the Project Plan.  Buttons were discussed.  Project plan was finalized.  Method for using peer evaluations was discussed.  Mandy volunteered to be in charge of updating the website.  Discussed what we wanted to get out of the sit-ins.
Chris and Lauren sat in with Programming and Design on Tuesday while Mandy worked on the brochure and Chelsea worked on the peer evaluations and progress reports.  Lauren created a cheat sheet for the file repository, forum and blog.  Discussed peer evaluations again.  Website layout was discussed.  Mandy presented her ideas for the brochure.  We also discussed marketing the IPRO.
Mandy sat in with User Experience on Tuesday while Chris, Chelsea, and Lauren started working on abstracts and filing hard copies of documents.  Thursday Lauren helped User Experience with editing while Mandy, Chris, and Chelsea discussed marketing and the problems we are having with peer evaluations and progress reports and the IPRO’s view of the Management team.
After Steve asked that each group give a short presentation next Tuesday our group go together to discuss what we needed to present on.  We also discussed Progress Reports, which Chelsea finalized and handed out on Thursday.  We also discussed the format of the weekly reports.  Thursday, we discussed the Midterm report and who would be working on what in regards to the Midterm report.  We also made an appointment to go to the Museum of Science and Industry on March 22nd.
Tuesday the IPRO met as a whole group presenting where each team is in regards to progress and direction of future activity/goals.  The Management team reported on Progress Reports, Peer Evaluations, Project Plan Completion, Midterm Report work, Buttons, Business Cards, the Team Website, Brochures, and Sit-ins.  Thursday the Management team discussed the visit to the Museum of Science and Industry, we also tentatively voted on button designs, discussed changes to the Business Cards, which Chris will be working on, Mandy explained some ideas she has for the team website and we all gave feedback and other ideas, and lastly we discussed Sit-Ins.  We are planning to sit-in with groups next Thursday so that we have an idea of the progress teams are making for the Midterm report.
