Students and Staff to be honored at Stryker BanquetThe Office of Student Affairs has announced that the following students and staff members will be honored during the Clinton E. Stryker Distinguished Service Awards Banquet, Wednesday, April 18.Ronald Pasko: Richard Babcock Leadership Award honoring one outstanding sophomore of junior who has demonstrated significant leadership skills in his or her personal and academic life. The award winner must have a cumulative and major GPA of not less than 3.0, hold a position of leadership in a university recognized student organization, and display a high standard of ethics, as well as religious and racial tolerance. This prestigious award carries an honorarium of $15,000. Adrienne Lamm and Prasad Ullal: Outstanding Student Employee(s) of the Year Award for outstanding job performance and dedicated service to the IIT community. Manikantha Tammana: Outstanding Graduate Teaching Assistant, to a graduate teaching assistant who has shown extraordinary dedication and commitment to undergraduate education. Peter Johnson: Outstanding Student Organization Adviser Award, to an adviser for outstanding contributions as a volunteer. Nancianna Derrick, Rachel Harshman and Lisa Marszalek: Undergraduate Women's Achievement Award, to undergraduate women in their senior year who have made an impact on the IIT community and serve as a role models for women graduating from IIT. |
