The Office of Student Affairs would like to congratulate the students and staff listed below on their achievement. Ronald Pasko is the recipient of the Richard Babcock Leadership Award honoring one outstanding sophomore or junior who has demonstrated significant leadership skills in his or her personal and academic life. The award winner must have a cumulative and major GPA of not less than 3.oo, hold a position of leadership in a university recognized student organization, and display a high standard of ethics, as well as religious and racial tolerance. This prestigious award carries an honorarium of $15,000. The following students will receive the Clinton E. Stryker Distinguished Service Award honoring students who have made notable contributions to campus life. Adrienne Lamm and Prasad Ullal are recipients of the Outstanding Student Employee of the Year Award honoring a student for outstanding job performance and dedicated service to the IIT community. Manikantha Tammana is the recipient of the Outstanding Graduate Teaching Assistant Award honoring a graduate teaching assistant who has shown extraordinary dedication and commitment to undergraduate education. Peter Johnson is the recipient of the Outstanding Student Organization Adviser Award honoring an adviser for their outstanding contributions as a volunteer. Nancianna Derrick, Rachel Harshman, and Lisa Marszalek are the recipients of the Undergraduate Women's Achievement Award honoring undergraduate women in their senior year who have made an impact on the IIT community and serve as a prime example for women graduating from IIT. |
