This is to inform you that the deadline for the 1997 Corporate Internship
Program is Feb. 1, 1997.  Please do the following to be considered for
opportunities in Korea and the U.S. with partner corporations:

1.  Visit http://www.mirae.com and apply on-line by filling out the on-line
application form at the site; AND
2.  Send in all other required materials to Mirae, postmarked by 2/1/97.

All internship-related information is available at www.mirae.com, and you
will soon see the final list of sponsoring corporations both in the U.S. and
Korea.
