1.  Format:
	The 4th HumanTech format, which is going to be different than the 3rd,
is in the middle of designing.  You may obtain it at
http://shrc.sec.samsung.co.kr sometime in May.

2.  Due Dates:
	Proposal is due by the end of June.
	Paper is due by the beginning of December.
3.  Page Limit:
	30 pages excluding the cover, reference, and appendix
