Material Advantage

at the Illinois Institute of Technology

Welcome to the Material Advantage Student Chapter at the Illinois Institute of Technology! Material Advantage provides students with memberships to the American Ceramics Society (ACerS), ASM International, and The Minerals, Metals, and Materials Society (TMS).

The purpose of our chapter is to:

• Promote interaction of peers in materials related fields and technologies

• Assist students interested in materials science and engineering

• Spread materials related knowledge to the Illinois Tech campus

• Give students opportunities to establish connections in industry and academia
