EVENT PARKING

OVERVIEW

The HawkCard and Parking Services Office coordinates special parking accommodations for events, conferences, or meetings held at IIT’s Main Campus. Every effort is made to provide the best arrangements possible while ensuring that any possible inconvenience made to regular permit holders is minimal.

REQUIRED NOTICE

If less than 25 vehicles are expected to be on campus for a special event, the HawkCard & Parking Services Office must be contacted 72 hours prior to the event.

If more than 25 vehicles are expected to be on campus for a special event, the HawkCard & Parking Services Office must be contacted 2 weeks prior to the event.

The HawkCard and Parking Services Office is not under obligation to accommodate groups that fail to give required notice.

Persons wishing to schedule parking arrangements should submit a request in writing to Parking Services at parking@iit.edu or contact IIT Campus & Conference Centers-Conference Services at 312-567-3707.
