Mission Statement

The Parking Office provisions parking for the university community.

What we do:

• Issue parking permits
• Enforce parking regulations
• Maintain parking resources
• Assist in event planning
• Coordinate shuttlebus operations

Hours of Operation:

Standard hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 5pm. Hours are subject to change during holidays or special events. Calling ahead is recommended.

Important Parking Notices

• Improvements are currently being made in the quantity and location of Handicapped parking spaces across Main campus. Contact our office if you have any questions.

New Visitor Payboxes

The A4 (32nd & State) and D5-V (34th & State) visitor parking lots have new pay stations. Both accept $1, $5, and $10 bills and credit cards. Expanded variable rate options are available.

• $12 / 6+ hours (ends at midnight)

Appeals Committee

The ACaPS office has filled all Appeal Committee positions for 2011-12

Purpose: The Parking Appeals Committee at Illinois Institute of Technology is an impartial body of campus community members that review parking citation appeals and recommend decisions to the Director of Access, Card, and Parking Services (ACaPS). Click here for more info.

USCellular Holiday Dates

The university calander is also available for information on any and all university holiday dates.
