THE NEW IIT EMPLOYEE PARKING PLAN!!!
The Access, Card, & Parking Services Office is eliminating the need for annual parking renewal for faculty and staff.
How it works…
Drop off or interoffice your Employee Parking Plan Enrollment Form to Access, Card, & Parking Services, Hermann Hall 201.
This form authorizes automatic renewal each parking year of your designated permit selection.
Your monthly parking fee will be payroll deducted pre-tax in equal installments per pay period over the course of your permit duration.
Any changes to the program will be announced at least 45 days before your permit expiration. At that time, you may change your permit selection, opt out, or do nothing and wait for your new permit to be delivered to your office.
Confirmation of your permit plan and delivery date will be sent to you via e-mail. Parking deductions end automatically upon termination of employment; however, employees may opt out of the plan if they decide to use alternative transportation.

US Cellular permit holders may park in eligible “black star” lots during the following times:
Monday-Friday, 3 p.m.-12 a.m. & Saturday-Sunday, 7 a.m.-12 a.m.
University Holidays, Semester Breaks, and June-August
(Please refer to the IIT parking map (Main Campus map) for eligible parking lots.)
ProxPass Vehicle Transponders
Vehicle transponders will no longer be rented. Current ProxPass holders will retain usage on a complimentary basis. First time users can obtain a unit at the ACP Office for a flat fee of $40.00. The units will be guaranteed for 2 years from the time of purchase. Renewing customers will be granted a two year extension beginning September 1, 2007.
