CENTER ON DEVELOPMENT...

The Center 360 is a browser based system used to assess leadership strengths and development needs from multiple perspectives, helping translate this information into specific, targeted action plans for enhancing leadership effectiveness. The Center 360 can be tailored to your organization's culture and competencies – giving you the power to measure any set of leadership competencies, provide customized feedback. Multirater feedback is optimal for creating an understanding of your organization's values and aligning individual and team behavior with your corporate vision.

Center 360 Gives You:

  • The “complete” view of leader strengths and development needs. Through multirater feedback, leaders can become aware of how various groups with whom they work view their strengths and growth opportunities. Independent data is collected from leaders' direct reports, manager(s), peers, and even customers. This provides the leader with complete and valid data upon which to base development plans.

  • A focus on development. We support the use of multirater feedback to facilitate leader development, rather than performance management. Multirater feedback sets the stage for open and candid discussions about strengths and development needs. It provides a starting point for building actionable development plans and measurable performance improvement.

  • Standardized, confidential data collection. Raters report leader strengths and development needs according to a standardized set of survey items that relate directly to the leadership competency model that best fits your organization. The Center manages all data collection and reporting, ensuring the confidentiality of all data.
