The Center for Research and Service provides assessment and counseling for career development. Comprehensive evaluations are tailored to an individual's needs. The evaluation involves an in-depth personal interview and administration of a comprehensive test battery to assess aptitude, career interest, motivation, personality, and career values. Structured feedback and career counseling follow the evaluation. The counselors take a mentoring or coaching role to assist the client in finding the best direction for career development, including search strategy based on abilities, interests, and personality style.
