Bruce Fisher, Ph.D., is Director of the Center, as well as Director of IIT's Leadership Academy. An alumnus of the industrial/organizational psychology program at IIT, Bruce has over 25 years of organizational consulting experience. Prior to coming to the Center, Bruce was a partner with Organizational Psychologists, LLC. His specialties include personnel selection at all organizational levels, test construction and validation, competency-based interviewing, assessment centers, employee engagement surveys, and organization development.

arrowSander Marcus, Ph.D., is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified Professional Resume Writer. He has over 3 decades of experience in providing career counseling, aptitude testing, job search coaching, and resume writing to tens of thousands of individuals, and has conducted pre-employment personnel evaluations for hundreds of companies. He is the co-author of 2 books on academic underachievement, various tests, and numerous articles. Dr. Marcus is the former Director of the Counseling Center at IIT, and was previously a partner in the consulting firm, Friedland and Marcus.

Ben Fearing, M.S.
, is a Practice Leader with the Center for Research and Service. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and is currently working towards his Ph.D at IIT. As a Practice Leader, Ben is responsible for providing human resource measurement solutions to financial service organizations. His experience includes developing, analyzing, and reporting survey results for organizational analysis and management development (e.g., 360-degree feedback). Ben also has experience in conducting assessment centers, developing selection systems, and constructing tests for certification programs.

Koren Aragaki, B.S., is a Project Manager with the Center for Research and Service. Koren holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology, and is currently continuing at IIT toward her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her experience includes analysis of 360-degree feedback systems and organizational surveys. Her past experience includes research in the areas of organizational justice, assessment centers, and organizational climate.

Gerald Norby, B.S., is a Project Manager at the Center for Research and Service. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Gerald is the test and scheduling coordinator for the Center's testing project with the Chicago Public Schools, in which thousands of young children are screened every year for Gifted and Enriched Programs. He is also a key support professional for a variety of the Center's other services and functions.

Brendan Neuman, B.S., is an Associate Consultant with the Center for Research and Service. Brendan received his Bachelor of Science in psychology from Northern Illinois University, and is currently working towards a Ph.D in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Illinois Institute of Technology. With experience in survey design and administration, test construction and validation, Brendan’s role at the Center is geared towards providing human capital solutions to a client base of banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions.

Harini Soni, B.A., is an Associate Consultant at the Center for Research and Service. Harini obtained her bachelors of arts in Applied Psychology from University of Illinois at Chicago and is currently working toward her Ph.D in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Illinois Institute of Technology. Harini’s experience includes organizational surveys, item analysis as well as analysis of organizational performance initiatives. Harini also has had previous research experience in the areas of item response theory and organizational justice.
