CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS

• Define as many or as few survey items as you want and define what types of items will be utilized (e.g., Likert-type scale items , categorical items , open-ended comments).
• You define the different dimensions that the items belong to.
• You choose the number of anchors you want to use for scaled sections and you define what those anchors will be (e.g., 1=not important, 5=very important; 1=disagree, 2=neutral, 3=agree).
• Select your own display colors and add your organization logo to give your survey the right look and feel.
• You choose the participants. Provide us with a database of the employees that you want to participate, and we will send them a customized e-mail invitation.
• Include an optional welcome letter and instructions for respondents.
• Send custom e-mail reminders to survey respondents who have not yet completed the process.
