Why the Sales AP?

How the SalesAP can help you select the best applicants:

  • Not everything is evident in an interview or a resume:  Just because an applicant has good communication skills does not mean that he or she can sell. For example, what will happen after the selection and hiring process? What is the applicant's probability of being motivated to follow through once on the job, or have call avoidance, or have the aptitude to handle sales rejection, or avoid asking for the sale.
