How do you know your salespeople will keep selling when the going gets tough? Will they be call avoidant and just "coast" after a few months? This could cost you tens of thousands of dollars in lost draw and sales opportunities.

You can't predict sales performance or sales aptitudes from an interview alone. Use the SalesAP, the best sales test for predicting initiative, motivation, follow through, and call avoidance.  The SalesAP predicts sales success on the job (additional measures of call avoidance and probability of turnover) and makes the difference in hiring procedures, sales training, and sales seminars.

The SalesAP can be obtained and scored immediately (with no setup costs or minimum order) and for much less than most other sales tests. The SalesAP has adjustments in the computerized scoring system for attempts to fake. The SalesAP is a sales aptitude test used by over 1,000 companies in the United States and Canada for sales and customer service hiring and training and is recommended by the NASP (National Association of Sales Professionals).

The SalesAP is not just a personality test or an ordinary sales aptitudes test. It is a sales test that predicts cold calling, sales closing, follow through, assertiveness, motivation, self-confidence, patience, customer service characteristics, and other sales aptitudes, sales skills, and sales characteristics of applicants or those already on the job.  An additional scoring of the SalesAP report includes the Sales Quotient, the only predictor of call avoidance.  Results can be used to predict risk of turnover, probability of “coasting,” and proactive social intiative.

You can improve your hiring of sales people AND avoid a costly hiring mistake (which could cost you thousands of dollars). You can also tailor your sales training, sales seminars, sales management training, teambuilding, and employee retention to the specific characteristics of your sales force.
