Introduction to University Research
Are you a pre-college high school student interested in understanding and learning more about finding information you’ll need for university-level research assignments? Illinois Tech’s Paul V. Galvin Library is offering an Expert Search Strategies course for high school students in the summer. The objective of this course is to provide an introductory experience to university-level information-finding strategies while developing a solid foundation for lifelong searching and information evaluation skills. Students will learn critical thinking and information literacy skills to find sources to meet a variety of information needs.
