Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)

Illinois Institute of Technology gladly accepts applicants with approved funding through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

As an approved provider of WIOA-certified programs, Illinois Tech delivers essential training to jumpstart a career in today’s hottest tech fields.

Semester-long courses are instructed by industry leaders and adjunct faculty from Illinois Tech’s College of Computing, who teach by using a combination of lecture and lab. Apply classroom concepts to discover new methods to create solutions to real-world problems, and become prepared for an in-demand tech career. Courses may be taken individually, or as a three course certificate program sequence to earn a Professional (3+ courses) Certificate.

Enrollment includes access to Illinois Tech’s Career Services, which provides career fairs, interview coaching, resume and cover letter writing assistance, and more.

Tuition for a three-course professional certificate program is $7,950. Tuition for elective enrollment in additional courses is $2,650 each. Applying is easy – all you need is a resume!
