Dr. Susan Solomon Inducted into National Women's Hall of Fame
Solomon, Illinois Institute of Technology alumna and internationally renowned atmospheric scientist, was inducted into the National Women’s Hall of Fame in Seneca Falls, NY, on October 11.

Karl Stolley, assistant professor of technical communication, received the Computers and Composition Michelle Kendrick Outstanding Digital Production/Scholarship Award in June at the Computers & Writing Conference.

Xian-He Sun Named Computer Science Chair
CSL Dean Russell Betts announced June 18 that Professor Xian-He Sun has been appointed the new Chair of the Computer Science Department. Professor Sun will assume his duties at the start of the 2009-2010 academic year.
