Are You Eligible?
Illinois and US/permanent citizenship: Must have lived in Illinois for at least one year and be a United States citizen or permanent resident, or meet the undocumented student criteria of the RISE Act
High achiever: Top 10% of your class with a minimum 3.7 GPA
Financial need: Family income of $75,000 or less
