A human-centered researcher, designer, and educator and self-professed people nerd, Robert is fascinated with people and how they interact with objects, services, space, and each other. Robert has depth of experience in visual communication, innovation, and design thinking. As an associate partner at gravitytank for eleven years, he lead projects, teams and workshops across a wide variety of industries—consumer goods, healthcare, and hospitality—successfully designing physical, digital, service, and business strategies for Fortune 500 clients. As a member of the leadership team, he was responsible for shaping a culture of critique and collaboration across the design, research and strategy disciplines.
