The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering has a tradition of innovation dating back to 1906, when faculty member Lee de Forest invented the first vacuum tube capable of amplifying an electrical signal. Our small, faculty-led courses allow you to interact with professors who are renowned experts in energy, medical imaging, computer networks, and other disciplines.
