All Illinois Tech students are invited to hear Managing Director and Head of Asset Allocation Americas Jason Draho from UBS Global Wealth Management talk about careers in finance on Thursday, October 27, from 4–5 p.m. CDT.

Draho oversees the strategic and tactical asset allocation recommendations for approximately $1.7 trillion in invested assets and is responsible for the UBS House View suite of 33 discretionary portfolios with over $24 billion in assets. He leads the firm’s United States investment process by developing analytical tools and working with asset class, thematic, private market, and ESG experts to generate recommendations for financial advisors and clients. He has also published a number of widely-read reports on IPOs and SPACs, analyzing the implications and opportunities for investors, business owners, and executives.

Prior to joining UBS, Draho spent nine years at Morgan Stanley, eventually becoming the firm’s global cross-asset strategist.
