FDSN Spring 2024 Seminar Series: Caitlin Diederich

The Department of Food Science and Nutrition presents its spring 2024 seminar series featuring guest speaker Caitlin Diederich, vice president of regulatory at Prime Label Consultants, who will give a presentation on “Intro to the Realm of Regulations for Food Labeling.” This seminar will take place on Thursday, March 21, from 12:45–1:45 p.m. over Zoom.

Bio

Caitlin Diederich helps food manufacturers and brands comply with labeling and marketing regulations. As vice president of regulatory at Prime Label Consultants, she provides strategic direction and oversees project execution for clients who need help navigating the complex world of food labeling and staying ahead of changing consumer trends and regulatory requirements. Diederich is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and holds an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University and a B.S. in Nutrition from Benedictine University.
