Financialization of Structured Products

Abstract:

This presentation starts with a literature review of financialization papers. Next, it details a thorough review of the development of the structured products market from its origin to its current state. It also identifies the major factors that drive and hinder the development. Furthermore, it aims to understand the economic gains of the issuers and investors. It goes on to discuss how to predict the market’s future.
