The M. A. and Lila Self Leadership Academy presents a seminar on “Designing Your Personal Leadership Brand,” facilitated by Jack Kwatinetz and Isabel Mendoza. This seminar will take place on Saturday, January 27, 2024, from 10 a.m.–noon in The McCormick Tribune Campus Center (MTCC) Ballroom. Facilitators

Jack Kwatinetz

Jack Kwatinetz oversees all day-to-day operations as program manager of the M. A. and Lila Self Leadership Academy. He creates, develops, and implements several events to foster leadership growth for both Academy Scholars and undergraduate students university-wide. These events include leadership development retreats, interactive seminars, and networking events. He also serves as a mentor and resource to the Leadership Academy Scholars.

Isabel Mendoza

Isabel Mendoza is the assigned graduate assistant for the leadership programs which encompasses the M. A. and Lila Self Leadership Academy, Greer, and Camras scholars. She assists in the development and implementation of events for each scholar group. Additionally, she also serves as a liaison between the scholar groups and Illinois Tech leadership.

Participants will gain practical insights and strategies to consciously shape their leadership identity. They will leave with a clear understanding of how to align their actions with their desired perception, effectively communicate their leadership brand, and navigate the complexities of leadership with authenticity and impact.
