Numerical Simulation of the Dynamics of a Bio-Membrane in Viscous Flow with Thermal Noise
Description
We use immersed boundary method to incorporate the thermal noise into the model. A delta function is used to couple the fluid with the membrane. And a finite difference discretization of the Stokes function is used here.
