In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, join us for a special conversation with Rev. Wheeler Parker Jr., pastor, public speaker, and the last living witness to the kidnapping and lynching of Emmett Till in 1955. 

We will discuss his book, A Few Days Full of Trouble: Revelations on the Journey to Justice for My Cousin and Best Friend, Emmett Till, and peace in 2025. 

This event will be held in The MTCC ballroom on Thursday, January 23, from 12:45–2:15 p.m. Seating is first come, first serve.

This conversation will also be livestreamed on YouTube for those who cannot attend in person.
