Program Description
Are you ready to unleash your inner leader and embark on a journey to become a future CEO?
Join us for an immersive and empowering summer program designed to develop your leadership skills and ignite your entrepreneurial spirit. In this summer program, students will dive into the world of business and learn what it takes to be a successful leader. Through interactive activities, engaging discussions, and real-world case studies, students will explore the key principles of effective leadership and gain valuable insights into the world of entrepreneurship. Throughout the program, students will have the opportunity to develop and refine their leadership skills through hands-on exercises and team-building activities. They will learn how to communicate effectively, make decisions, and inspire their classmates to achieve their goals. They will also discover the importance of adaptability, resilience, and innovation—all skills they can use to become skilled leaders.
This program will guide students through various leadership scenarios and provide practical tips and strategies for success. By the end of the program, students will have a newfound confidence and a deeper understanding of what it takes to succeed in the business world.

Example Activities
- Team-Building Olympics: Organize a series of team-building challenges, such as relay races, puzzle solving, and problem-solving activities. Assign points to each challenge, and at the end, award the team with the highest score. This activity encourages teamwork, leadership, and healthy competition.
- Develop a Plan: Each student will be provided with a journal, and the instructor will walk the students through several prompts of questions that encourage students to write down those responses in their journal. Students will receive new prompts and questions each week, and by the end of the week, the students will have a detailed plan to share with the class.
