Guild works with major employers to connect company employees directly to Illinois Tech’s academic programs. This partnership makes relevant educational opportunities available to non-degree-seeking learners, who in turn receive employer‑sponsored tuition as a benefit from their companies.
Guild coordinates with Illinois Tech to help ensure a smooth enrollment process for employees. Additionally, Guild manages the tuition and enrollment processes, so students start classes with little to no upfront cost. Program offerings consist primarily of certificates, test prep courses, and bootcamps—courses that provide advanced or industry-specific skills for working professionals.
How to Apply
If you work for a company that partners with Guild, please begin by completing an eligibility application with Guild. After you complete this step, you’ll receive an email from Illinois Tech with a link to the university's application for admission. (Please note that this application is different from the application for admission to Illinois Tech for degree-seeking students.)
