Food Science and Nutrition (Minor)
The Minor in Food Science and Nutrition supports a variety of undergraduate degrees. It is appropriate for undergraduate students who are majoring in programs such as biology, chemistry, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, psychology, pre-health, and other programs.
Minors consist of at least five courses (a minimum of 15 semester hours).
Program Overview

Students who wish to pursue a minor must consult with advisers in their respective major departments. Please note that not all minors are applicable to all majors.
