Why did you choose your major/what do you want to do with your degree?
Math has always been my strong suit, so I began studying for my AMAT degree at IIT. I soon learned I loved writing code and algorithms, so I added my second degree in computer science!
What is your favorite thing about the Camras Scholars Program?
Opportunities to contribute to the community and connect with fellow students!
Where do you see yourself in 20 years?
Hopefully, with a solid career, a nice apartment, and plenty of time to travel the world!
How do you think you best represent what it means to be a Camras scholar?
I'm an AMAT Representative to both WiSTEM, an organization on campus dedicated towards Womxn in STEM, and the College of Computing's Student Council. I'm also an undergraduate researcher, studying data filtering methods and machine learning with Professor Kang at IIT.
