Arthur A. Malinowski Jr.

Arthur Malinowski is a lecturer at Illinois Tech’s Stuart School of Business in the Master of Public Administration program.

Malinowski has served in senior human resources management roles with several units of local government in Illinois since 1993. He has extensive experience in all areas of public sector human resources management, including, but not limited to, labor and employee relations, collective bargaining, risk management, regulatory compliance, classification and compensation, benefits administration, training and development, and recruitment and retention.

He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, National Public Employer Labor Relations Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section and Local Government Law Section. Malinowski is a member and past president of the Illinois Public Employer Labor Relations Association and past chairperson of the Intergovernmental Risk Management Agency.

In addition to being authorized to practice law in the State of Illinois, he is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the HR Certification Institute and certified as a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management.
