We are pleased to announce the next installment of our joint seminar series between the Illinois Tech Armour College of Engineering and Argonne National Laboratory, with this installment focusing on the electric grid. The intent of the joint Armour–Argonne seminar series is to better familiarize both organizations with expertise and on-going activities in various areas of research to promote new collaborations and elevate existing ones to the benefit of both sides. Seminars are held on a monthly basis, with an Armour faculty member and an Argonne researcher sharing a one-hour seminar period presenting their current research on a topic of mutual interest.

The second instance of the Armour–Argonne Spring 2022 Seminar Series will be held virtually on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, 12:45-1:45 pm where presentations on grid-related research at both organizations will be given by:
