For the third time in history, the Nobel Prize in Chemistry has been awarded in the area of computational chemistry. IIT has recently welcomed two new faculty, David Minh and Andrey Rogachev, in this increasingly important area. In this panel discussion, our new faculty will share their perspectives on the prize-winning work and discuss the present state and future relevance of computational chemistry as a whole.
